Starting Saturday, February 22, we’re introducing timed entry slots, so you can fully enjoy the Chiharu Shiota: The Unsettled Soul and SHOTBY.US: Space of Desire exhibitions. With this, you’ll be able to choose a time that works best for you and avoid waiting in line. 

Here’s how it works

Simply select your preferred date and time in advance and reserve your ticket either on our website or through GoOut. You can enter 10 minutes before or 10 minutes after the selected slot.

If you're a member, just choose the Member category when booking and select the number of tickets based on your membership type for yourself and your guest(s).

A limited number of tickets will be available at the box office until capacity is reached, but we recommend booking in advance to avoid waiting, especially during busy times.
